库存汽车综合鉴定试验是由常规试验训练基地承担的一项例行监测任务,该项工作是库存汽车质量监测的重要环节,对全面、准确掌握储备汽车质量状况及变化规律具有重要意义。多年来,工厂虽然一直承担着库存汽车综合鉴定试验任务,但在试验理论依据和试验内容及方法上没有与之相适应的标准体系,突出表现在目前还没有一个适用于库存汽车综合鉴定试验的技术标准。

为了加强通用汽车质量管理工作,完善汽车质量监测体系,需要开展综合鉴定试验方法研究,制定相应标准,规范综合鉴定试验工作。为此总部下达了制定相关标准的任务,在总部的要求和指导下,工厂展开了库存通用汽车综合鉴定试验方法研究,着手制定相应标准。本文是结合标准制定工作而同步开展的研究工作,目的是从理论和实践上解决标准制定中的一些关键技术问题。
本文通过开展汽车质量监测体系和汽车试验方法研究,明确了综合鉴定试验的任务性质、要求和主要特点,为开展进一步的研究提供了指导思想和理论依据。
在分析汽车试验项目的基础上,依据汽车质量检测的基本原则,结合试验任务要求、特点和基地现有试验条件,有针对性的设置试验项目,确保试验效果和提高试验效率。
针对试验项目和内容,结合基地现有试验条件,深入开展了试验方法研究,利用数理统计和分析的方法分析基地试验数据,解决了试验项目合并、样本量、试验温度等关键问题,参考国标中相关试验方法,制定了不同汽车的综合鉴定试验方法。

依据《质量分级规定》的基本原则,通过分析试验数据和任务要求,合理确定评定指标,制定了试验结果评定标准;满足工厂加强汽车质量管理,进行科学决策和合理使用的需要,针对试验结果数据,制定了综合评定的方法,对汽车质量等级进行评定。 

Translation - English
The stock car synthesis qualification test is a routine monitoring duty which is undertaken by the operation base . This work is an important link in stock car quality monitoring , the reserve automobile quality conditions and the changing of rules have an importnant significance. Although stock car synthesis qualification tests have been undertaken in factories for many years, it has not adapted in the experimental theory basis and the test content and the method with a standard system. At present, no technical standard for the stock car synthesis qualification test exists.

In order to strengthen the automobile quality control work and to perfect the automobile quality monitoring system, the synthesis qualification test method needs to be researched and the test needs to be standardized. Therefore the headquarters have issued the formulation related standard duty, under the headquarters request and instruction, the factory has launched an automobile qualification test method study, in order to set up an appropriate standard criterion for testing. This article combines the standard formulation work, but also synchronizes the research work. The aim is solve a few of the problems associated with the key technologies in the standards using theory and practice.

Through the development of the automobile quality monitoring system and the automobile test method study, this article is clear about the qualification test nature, the requirements and main features, and provides the guiding principles and the theory basis for the development of further research.

In the analysis automobile test project's foundation, based on the automobile quality detection's basic principles, integrating the experiment mission requirements, the characteristic and the base existing test conditions and the target-oriented establishment test subject, it guarantees the experimental effect and the enhancement of experiment efficiency.

Concerning the test subject and content, it combines the existing test conditions and thoroughly carries out reasearch into testing methods. It analyzes the data using the mathematical statistical and analytical methods, solves key questions such as the test subject merges, the sample sizes, the experimental temperatures and so on. It also refers to the GB correlation testing method, which formulates different automobile's synthesis qualification test methods.

According to the basic principles of the "Quality Graduation Regulation", through the analytical investigation of the data and the mission requirement, it determines the deliberated index reasonably and has formulated the test result evaluation standard. It satisfies the factory increase in the automobile quality control and carries on the macro-scientific policy-making and the reasonable needs. In view of the test result data, it has formulated the synthesis evaluation method and carries on the evaluation to the automobile quality scale.
